Amaç

The aim of the undergraduate program in Civil Engineering is to equip students with solid technical information by broadening students’ horizon in the field of specialty, by increasing their ability to apply theoretical information on mathematics, science and engineering, and by enhancing awareness on the impact of engineering projects in global and societal contexts and on health and safety issues in construction works as well as on the cultural heritage and the environment.

The main objective of the department of Civil Engineering is to contribute to national development through emphasis on education, research and public service on Civil Engineering and to train students to possess fundamental engineering background and analytical skills as well as creative, teamwork skills by focusing on a life-long learning approach.
