The aim of the Food Engineering Department is to train food engineers who are competent in processing, preserving and storing food products and keeping the nutritional quality at the maximum level. It is also within the scope of the Department of Food Engineering to train Food Engineers who can implement and develop new techniques in food sciences and cope with the latest developments in the field.


The objective of the Department of Food Engineering is to deliver the fundementals of Food Engineering through instruction of recent production techniques, and to carry out scientific research through strong English Language background.
