1. who have full knowledge of communication discipline, RTC principles, basic information about esthetic, visual culture and scientific understanding and are able to transform them into application;

2. who are able to use camera, image, editing; write scenarios and make programs in the field of RTC;

3. who constantly change themselves in accordance with social, cultural, scientific and ethical values, who are open to change;

4. who look out for social responsibility and benefit in their professional practices;

5. who are able to evaluate the world and themselves critically;

6. who have interdisciplinary approach;

7. who give importance to research and development;

8. who are able to show their professional competencies and skills at all areas of RTC.
