The fifth of the series of "Public Relations and Publicity students meet with the sector", prepared to bring together the students of Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Communication, Public Relations and Publicity Department with the successful names of the sector, took place with the participation of Bayrampaşa Municipality Culture and Art Coordinator Özgenur Reyhan Kurtuldu. 

She stated that public relations were first established in local governments as "White Table" in 1994, and that public relations was a structure that emerged by removing bureaucracy between citizens and units​.
