Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to identify international crimes, punishment ways and the structure and jurisdiction of International Criminal Court.
Course Content The course discusses general principles of Criminal Law, the concepts and types of crime and punishment, wrongdoer and victim, elements of a crime, concept of international crime and its types,interntional wrongdoer and the status of International Criminal Court and its decisions
