Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to give knowledge about the importance of child law, national and international legislation on child’s rights.
Course Content In this course general informations about the importance and resources of child law, the properties of child law will be given. General information will be given about protection of children in the family and child rights and will be explained the child’s paternity and effects and protection by the guardianship. Additionally knowledge about constitutional fundamental rights of the child and the rights of specially protected child’s will be explain.
