Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to analyze types of crimes, tangible and intangible aspects of crime and special phenomena of crime.
Course Content In this course, crimes against fundamental freedoms, public safety, various types of crimes such as offences against public order and family life, electronic crimes, violation of dwelling immunity, incitation, organized crimes, bribe, patronage, crimes against property, tangible and intangible aspects of these, attempt, participation in crime and the punishments will be analyzed in detail.
