Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to explain the related concepts within the context of business firm phenomenon, which Turkish Commercial Code regards as a central concept.
Course Content Topic such as the concept of business firm, business transaction, trader, commercial lawsuit, trade registry and commercial books, assistants affiliated with business firms and various intermediation activities, unfair competition, brand and current account will be discussed in terms of commercial law.
