Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to possess basic knowledge of disputes having a foreignness element, whose arbitration place is specified as Turkey and where legal provisions are selected by parties, arbitrators or arbitration committee.
Course Content Topics of this course are dispute resolution methods which constitute an alternative to court proceedings and arbitration. In this context, it is planned to be discussed in detail that the issues of mediation method, independent – court annexed mediation methods, mediation – arbitration method and especially arbitration procedure within the framework of internal mediation and arbitration provisions.
