Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Objectives of the course unit are: to analyse environmental issues in a legal perspective, to specify principals in order to protect and use natural resources and to study national and international arrangements of environmental law.
Course Content Contens of the course unit can be summed up as: to study administrative and penal sanctions for environmental pollution, to enlarge the scope of the extent of conflicts regarding environmental issues, to research judicial remedies, to analyse national and international judisprudence extensively.
