Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The objective of this course unit is to identify the practical information about the legislation of procurement law, regulations of state and public procurement law, public procurement contracts and jurisprudence on procurement law.
Course Content	This course unit discusses state and public procurement legislation, procurement contracts and jurisprudence on procurement law.

Learning Outcomes

Identify laws and regulations.
Achieve the skill of making judgments.

Use laws and regulations to solve legal problems.
Identify basic principles of law.
Identify universal legal norms and international law criteria.
Identify main principles constituting jurisdiction.

Follow solutions offered for a specified topic in comparative law.

Follow supreme court judgments.
