Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to identify basic concepts of the Turkish Law of Obligations, the sources of debt and debt relationships (legal procedures, torts and unjust enrichment).
Course Content In this course, conflicts and the resolution of the debt relationship between the parties are demonstrated.
