Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	In this course, it is aimed to examine how the art of Character Design and, besides not only to Cartoon and Animation, also to all Visual Expressions. It is aimed to analyze the term Character that can be animated in detail and to understand the Design principles of the Characters.
Course Content	Designing with the features in the first step of character creation.

Learning Outcomes

Recognize the basic elements and principles of animation.
Knows the principles of modeling.
Stage design principles to create fictions size.
Acquire competence in creating cartoons and animation.
Knows the principles of animation.
Produced designs, constructs animation conversion processes.
Process and convert produced designs into animation.

4	The drawing process of animated characters will be shown
5	Homework will be criticized
6	Model pages will be prepared
7	Characters will be featured in the scenes of the cartoon
8	Midterm Exam to be criticized.

10	Literary aspects of animal characters will be explained
11	Preliminary drawing sketches will be made about these animal characters
12	Animal characters model pages will be prepared
13	Three-dimensional models of animal characters will be made
