Purpose and Content

The aim of the course In the course; a new understanding of the system of thinking and the system of thinking, which is also the concept of e-democracy, which allows citizens of an country to expressly vote for legally electoral political parties in that country with their own desires, by examining the relationship between technology and the way technology works on the basis of democracy It is aimed to tell the students how to use.
