Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of course is to acquaint the student with issues Goods and Inheritance Law, and the knowledge to comment on specific cases able to apply.
Course Content The concept of real rights, possession and property registration, property and real rights other than ownership, the basic concepts of inheritance law, inheritance law, law, arrangement, forms of testamentary dispositions, acquisition and denial of inheritance, division of inheritance, inheritance equalization issues are addressed.
