Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Administrative proceedings and give basic information about the current operation of the application is to demonstrate with examples.
Course Content Turkey's administrative jurisdiction of the history and development, administration against lawsuits applicable law procedure, the dispute a transaction that generates and actions classification of the types of cases, legal remedies, the trial stages of the petition, the style and shape as well as covers such topics.
