Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The purpose of this course; management concept organic means and functional sense to define the administration's authority to explain the central government's capital and provincial organization of decentralization system in a particular region as a result of applying the resulting provinces, municipalities and village administrations describe the administrative law enforcement and public service concepts to describe the administration's responsibility for the conditions of explain the rights and privileges of civil servants have to end with the officer and explain the judicial control of the administration is to specify the scope and limits.
