Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The aim of this course, the higher courts, judicial, administrative, judicial, military, criminal justice, military, judicial and administrative litigation in the courts of the general characteristics of the Turkish judicial system, the relations between the authorities and the trial judge who participates in it as a whole, to introduce staff.
Course Content	Arms of the judiciary in Turkey, the differences between judicial branches, the organization and functions of the courts of first instance and the upper level with each other, relations, functions and powers of judgment, and the case of those types of activities will focus on Judicial Organization course topics.

6	Specialized Judicial Courts: Consumer Court, the Commercial Courts, Juvenile Courts, Traffic Courts, Intellectual Property Law Law and Criminal Courts.
