Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The basic manufacturing processes of textile weaving process and give basic information about the structure of woven fabrics, woven fabrics and woven fabric manufacturing stages to teach the general features to comprehend.
Course Content Structure of fabric (Fabric structure elements, knitting and braiding notation, the structure of the warp and weft yarn, warp and weft density, warp and weft crease, simple fabric geometry, structural classification of woven fabrics); Basic Knit, Woven & Tying plan; Warp knotting (Tying process, automatic drawing machines, warp knotting, Flexible type exchange); Fabric desing principles and production accounts (Fabric design principles, Curl Account account the weight of the warp and weft, fabric weight account, to covering and cover factor, fabric removal of the production plan); Derived braids and simple weaving fabrics (derived from the basic weaves weaves, derived and compound lattices, simple woven fabrics), woven fabrics patterning techniques (simple motifs, Color and Texture Effects, Mixed Effects, Technical and Aesthetic Design), a complex woven fabric (Extra-stranded fabrics, multi-layer fabrics, jacquard fabrics, stitch structured fabrics, special fabrics)
