Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To teach the principals of casting and welding methods which are widely used in the industry and some application properties.
Course Content Introduction to Manufacturing Procedures. Casting methods. Melting and furnaces. Solidification. Models and model materials. Cores. Sand mold casting. Molding machines. Shell mold casting. Precision casting. Permanent die casting. Pressure casting. Centrifugal casting. Classification of resource operations. Gas supply and cutting. Electric arc welding. Other welding methods. Soldering. Source mistakes. Business security at source.
