Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To give information about the biochemical engineering concept and biotechnological applications.
Course Content Genetically modified cereals and foods, antibiotic productions, fermentation products (yoghurt, beer, wine), pharmaceuticals, stem cell, Biotechnological products and new products, biomaterials and implants, biodegradable pactics, target specific drug delivery, bioinformatics, tissue engineering.
