Purpose and Content

The aim of the course In the course; In the course of the communication studies, the role of the media in globalization and the results of the globalization in the media will be examined in the course of the course such as globalization, intercultural communication, global communication, and international companies, regulatory mechanisms and international institutions are investigated and aimed to teach the students theoretically.
Course Content Derste will discuss the economic, political and cultural identities of prominent international, transnational and global media structures, and Western and non-Western media organizations will be examined within the context of global information flow, communication and the right to receive news.
