Purpose and Content

The aim of the course In the course; Citizen journalism will be dealt with, which is a new journalism application that has emerged as an alternative to the mainstream media by the development of digital technologies and which is developed with the possibilities provided by new communication technologies and platforms and news consumers also participate in the news production process.
Course Content In the context of conceptual and theoretical discussions on citizen journalism, the most important exemplary applications in Turkey and in the world will be examined.
