Purpose and Content

The aim of the course In the course; As a result of the rapid development of information and communication technologies, it is aimed to introduce the theories and applications related to the delivery of public services in electronic environment and to demonstrate its practical application. The case of technology and knowledge management in the context of new media will be provided to inform about the scope of information collection, storage, processing and publishing, network of relations to be realized in electronic environment and services of public administrative units on the internet.
Course Content With the help of such phenomena, the effects of information technology on public administration and services will be examined. As is known, there is a significant deviation from e-government and classical management concept.
