Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Today, with the rapidly changing and developing multimedia technologies, it is aimed to educate designer-artist candidates who can provide design solutions with aesthetic and social sensitivity, able to use digital media tools and programs correctly and functionally in accordance with the needs of graphic design interactive fields.
Course Content In the course; In the light of information that students have taken in conceptual sense, it is aimed to generate digital ideas and transform ideas of the producers. It is another aim of the course to provide a sound observation and expression power in the theoretical and applied fields and to create environments in which to produce original works.

Weekly Course Subjects

1A review of new media products and web-based applications used in everyday life. Notification of course obligations.
2Introduction to markup languages ​​for new media products.
3Describe HTML and basic parameters.
4Transfer of multimedia items to the web environment.
5Switching between pages and applying them on other HTML parameters.
6Canvas technology and its usage areas.
7Midterm
8Introduction to HTML 5.0 and JavaScript.
9Describing other C-based languages ​​in the game design process.
10C-based, mobile game production through the ActionScript 3.0 programming language.
11Handling If / Else and Do / While loops. Case / String / Boolean / Math / Array and other important parameters in class.
12Loading mobile games and apps into Google PlayStore. Explanation of the process of extracting Apk extension.
