Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The main objective of the course is to teach the basic notions of law concerning the application of various conflicting international private law systems to a specific case.
Course Content The course comprises the acquisition and loss of citizzenship, the proof of citizenship and juridical ways, mariage, the right of choosing foreign citizenship, and the public and private rigths of foreigners in Turkey.
