Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The main objective of this course is to introduce the main paradigms of the basic concepts, contributions and limits of organizations and management and to help the students' develop their skills in order to comprehend, design and manage the organizations.
Course Content The functions of management; planning, organizing, leading and control. Management roles, the authority, organization structures, culture, power relations and contemporary approaches in management.
