Purpose and Content

The aim of the course 1) The objective of this course is to give general information on year ended accounting procedures to students. Students will have ability to prepare the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. 2) The objective of this course is to give general information on corporationsestablishment, increasing capital, profit/loss allocation, liquidation of corporations.
Course Content 1) Basic concepts and year end procedures of Balance Sheet accounts, Income Statement accounts and cost accounts. 2) Concept of corporates, types of corporates. Corporate formation operations, capital increases and reductions, corporate profits distribution, corporate liquidation procedures and accounting them
