Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Conveys the importance of yoga for human body and mind. During the classes, it is aimed to improve on physical development and health by doing the asanas, and on consentration and mind control by breathing and meditation exercises.
Course Content Presents the begginers level yoga practice, conveys information about its philosophy, teaches yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques.
