Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Beyond Institutionalization It is aimed to teach the application of Corporate Governance Principles in business cultures and gain a perspective of sustainability in business processes.
Course Content Examining the national and international examples of the Corporate Governance practices and examining the criteria for the implementation of OECD and CMB Corporate Governance Principles in Businesses will be ensured.
