Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The objective of course is to teach what the strategic planning is, the importance of a business plan in an organization, how to apply a business plan and the requirements
Course Content	Based on the fundamentals of management and economy; human resource management, marketing, supply chain management and financial issues are addressed under the umbrella of strategic business plan.
