Purpose and Content

The aim of the course 1. To explain the relationship between the individual and organizational performance system, 2. To teach "Total performance system" and the most effective way to manage the way of achieving high performance, 3. Explain how to measure the business performance, 4. To discuss the implementation of "Performance evaluation systems" to raise employee performance
