Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objectives of the course are to teach the basic concepts of management and the activities of an organization with case studies and recent examples including both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Course Content Basic concepts of the management and organization, historical development, its importance and its mission, separation of leaders and managers, management functions, management approaches to contemporary organizational structures and basic functioning issues of an organization are included in the content of the course.
