Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to identify the basic institutions, concepts and theories of Constitutional law.
Course Content This course unit includes the concept of constitution, constitutional movements, founding government, constitution judgment, state, state forms, separation of powers, government systems, democracy, election and fundamental rights and freedoms.
