Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The main objective of this course is to present a legal point of view to first-year students, to lay the foundation for the habit of legal thinking and to demonstrate the skill to research legal subjects and to solve them.
Course Content In this course, the science of law will be presented to students with its main features and the definition of law in terms of various law ecoles, the sources of law and the relationships between different law sources and the application of legal rules in terms of place, subject, person and meaning. Besides, legal concepts and institutions, legal sanctions, the divisions of law, legal events, actions and procedures, “the concept of person”, rights and liabilities in law, authorizations nd responsibilities will be explained.
