Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to identify basic concepts of criminal procedure law in a specific context and demonstrate the notion of criminal law.
Course Content Basic principles of criminal procedure law, practice of criminal procedure, evidence theory and legal means are discussed in this course. The investigation, interim procedure and prosecution stages and basic principles pertaining to these stages are explained in terms of functioning of criminal procedure. Means of evidence, collection, protection and evaluation of evidence and evidence rules are defined in criminal procedure and finally denial, appeal, reversing a judgment for the benefit of law, extraordinary objection, renewing and repeating a judgment are discusssed in terms of legal remedies (supervision procedure).
