Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The objective of this course is to identify the fundamentals of inheritance law which comprises the third book of Turkish Civil Code.
Course Content	Basic concepts of inheritance law, arrangement of inheritance code in law, types of transactions subject to the subsequent death of a person, acquisition of inheritance, disclaimer of interest, inheritance distribution and equalizing inheritance are discussed.
