Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to identify labor law and raise an awareness of current problems in labor law.
Course Content The relationship between employers and employees in terms of service agreement is discussed within the context of individual labor law and establishing service agreement, its provisions and its termination are especially covered in this course.
