Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to prepare international trade agreements and determining the laws which will be applied to disputes arising from these agreements.
Course Content Solving disputes arising from international trade agreements both in competent courts and by international arbitration will be emphasized. In this context, International Arbitration Law and international arbitration associations will be examined.
