Purpose and Content

The aim of the course It is aimed to inform the learners about the measures for occupational health and safety which should be taken regarding the duty of the employer to protect the workers and the responsibility caused by occupational accident and illness and the legal characteristic of this responsibility
Course Content The duty of the employer to protect the workers and in this scope ensuring occupational health and safety, the concepts of occupational accident and illness, the responsibility of the employer resulting from occupational accident and illness and the legal characteristics of this responsibility form the content of this course.
