Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The students appreciate the significance of clothing design and systems design using Computer Aided Mold Design making, design, and provide computer-aided garment design concepts related to learning.
Course Content	Introduction of CAD systems used in the apparel businesses, the use of CAD systems, parameter and standard arrangement of files, the preparation of serial rule table, mold design program (PDS), presentation, control, cutting plan, organizing files.

Identify the concepts of art, design, and aesthetics.
Define the concepts of basic art.
Differentiate the basic principles of art in the field of fashion and textile design.
Follow the technological developments related to textile and ready-to-wear fields.
