Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	Teaching the techniques of creating new and original designs by using methods to increase the creativity of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Textile and Fashion Design students.
Course Content	In order to express linearly the projections of the determined abstract concepts, living or non-living objects formed in the mind, new original designs are created by using various illustration techniques.

Learning Outcomes

Identify the concepts of art, design, and aesthetics.
Define the concepts of basic art.
Differentiate the basic principles of art in the field of fashion and textile design.
Follow the technological developments related to textile and ready-to-wear fields.
Summarize the application methods and theories in the field of fashion and textile deign.
Classify the raw and supplementary products of textile.
Follow the trends in the field of fashion design by means of periodicals and fashion displays.
Relate the cultural and social values with the field of fashion and textile design.
Define the technics of weaving and printmaking related to the fields of use.
