Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The course is dedicated to examining the system and basic concepts of the law such as work, authorship, authors' rights and limitations, related rights, legal transactions and administrative and legal protection measures. In this context, issues regarding copyright protection on the internet, the problem of musical works, as well as protection of rights through professional associations and criminal prosecution methods and problems will be discussed.
Course Content Basic legal framework of protecting intellectual property rights, analysis of copyright law, genel information about trademarks, patent rights, industrial designs and utility models are the contents of the course unit.
