Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To teach the basic rules of nutrition, the diseases that is caused by diet style, digestion, nutrient deficiency and overplus. To give the relationship between the nutrition and obesity, diabetes and cancer.
Course Content Introduction to the nutrition, proteins, calorie, carbonhydrates, lipids, nutrition and hearth health, obesity, minerals, vitamins, basic rules for a healthy rules, nutrition and athletic performance, dietary rules and myPyramid.
