Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The main goal of the course is for the student to learn the models of art organizations, the history of art management, the roles of the art managers, the concepts related to art management, the structure and the system of art institutions, the administrative notions, the principles of art marketing and related financial issues, to sum it up, all the basic subjects related to the management of art organizations and institutions.
Course Content It is the follow up course for Art Management 1. The basic subjects are institutional organization, administrative functions and structures, planning and its various methods, the institutional and peripheral analysis, the client and competitor analysis.
