Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The course aims to teach basic knowledge of movement work and guide the student gain practical experience.
Course Content Condition training, anatomy work, various physicalities exercises, physical awareness exercises, flexibility and body condition exercises, breathing exercises, focus and balance exercises and their relation to performance.
