Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	Social events in Turkey and society itself, will be treated as an object of analysis. Important social phenomena and social events in Turkey in the framework of the science of sociology will be argued.
Course Content	Sociological evaluation of social phenomena and events in Turkey.

Learning Outcomes

Knows the concepts and terminology of Social Sciences and History.
Has a scientific, objective and critical point of view.
Knows the research methods and techniques
Have a knowledge about public relations, human resources and counseling.
Make social and cultural empathy.
Knows the micro and macro approach to social events.
Can analyze class, strata and status relations.
Knows the economic and cultural structure interactions.
Can make social and cultural empathy.
Can analyz the social reality inside and outside.
Can create the "ideal type" in social sciences.
Knows the deductive and inductive approaches.
Interpret historical events in causality.
