Architectural Graduate Program (with thesis) is an interdisciplinary program offered at the Department of Architecure at İstanbul Aydın Univeristy. In addition to the undergraduate students of Architecture, students from Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geodesy and Photogrammetry, Forest and Agricultural Engineering, City and Regional planning, Landscape Architecture and Interior Design can also apply for Architectural Graduate Program. The candidates from fields other than the field of Architecture should successfully complete the courses "MIM 301-Architectural History and Theory III and MIM 305 Architectural Design III" that are part of the undergraduate curriculum of the Department of Architecture. The need for interdisciplinary work in architecture is growing. Building structures in harmony with their environment and ecological, geological, technological, sociological and physiological needs particularly mandate this interdiscplinary approach. To this end, the Graduate Program in Architecture at the Institute of Science and Technology at Istanbul Aydın University is aimed at developing design strategies using the potentials of landscape architecture and sciences on topography structure.

Education Program;

Master's Degree Program with thesis in Architecture is a 120 ECTS credits program with a duration of 2 academic years and with 4 consecutive 30-ECTS semesters. The regular program consists of 7 courses of 21 local credits, a seminar and a thesis. Both the course work and the thesis worth 60 ECTS credits each.
